Book your amazing experience while exploring Bali with Adventour Bali

Effective for all bookings and services offered by Toya Mesari Bali


1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with complete guest details and agreed travel dates.
  • A deposit of 30–50% is required to secure the booking, depending on the service. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or prior to service delivery, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as advised by our team.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled service: Full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations within 7–13 days: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before service or no-show: Non-refundable.
  • Any refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Rescheduling & Changes

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Any changes to the itinerary or service details should be communicated and confirmed in writing.
  • Additional charges may apply for route changes, additional hours, or service upgrades.

4. Transportation Services

  • Guests are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time. Delays exceeding 30 minutes may affect the itinerary or incur additional fees.
  • Vehicles are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
  • Passengers must follow local traffic laws and instructions from the driver for safety.

5. Accommodation Policy (Teba Batu Bolong Villa)

  • Check-in time: 14:00 | Check-out time: 12:00.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

6. Tours & Activities

  • All tours are subject to weather, local regulations, and safety considerations.
  • Toya Mesari Bali reserves the right to modify or cancel tours for safety or operational reasons. In such cases, an alternative will be offered or a refund provided.

7. Liability & Insurance

  • Toya Mesari Bali is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or accidents during the course of any tour, transport, or accommodation stay.
  • Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and belongings.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Guest information will be used solely for service delivery and communication, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By confirming a booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
