Deposit Requirement
A deposit of 30–50% is required upon booking to secure your reservation.
The balance payment is due either:
Prior to your arrival (via bank transfer or online payment), or On arrival (for selected services, by prior agreement).

Accepted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) only. Please inform us in advance if you prefer to pay in cash.
Currency & Exchange
All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
If paying in a foreign currency, please ensure the transferred amount reflects the equivalent in IDR after conversion and fees.
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is received, a confirmation invoice and service voucher will be sent to your email or WhatsApp.
